 Our Nature Play group is a therapist-facilitated outdoor social experience where children can explore, play, and connect in local parks. Through structured activities and guided free play, children practise social skills like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, while enjoying the freedom and sensory benefits of being in nature. This inclusive group supports confidence, friendships, and fun — all in a safe, supportive environment.

 Our Sensory Social Group is a therapist-facilitated session designed for children who benefit from sensory support while building social skills. Through hands-on sensory play, movement activities, and structured group experiences, children practise communication, self-regulation, and peer interaction in a calm, inclusive environment. This group helps children feel supported, confident, and connected while exploring and having fun.
